Our religious family is favourably welcomed in the Archdiocese of Milan by Card. Schuster and officially erected into a Religious Congregation with the name “Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate”. Our first Constitutions are also approved “Ad experimentum”.
Arrival of the first MSI from Hyderabad at Rishabdeo, North–west of India. In 2009, on the same date, the Delhi Delegation was erected, depending upon the Province of Hyderabad.
Starting of the first group of MSI Lay Associates of the Province of South Brazil at S. Paulo, Vila Missionaria (the date is not specified).
Arrival of the first MSI from Vijayawada at Kalchini, North-east of India. On the 7 th of October 1996 the Delegation of Siliguri was erected, depending upon the Region of Vijayawada; and in October 2005 it was erected as Province.
